Which health insurance to choose?

Does anyone have any good / bad experiences with health insurance policies on the Costa del Sol? There are several to choose from - Sanitas, Medifiatc, Helicopteros etc.... but which is the best? I think it depends on whwre you live and which hospital you wish to go to, as some policies only cover certain hospitals. Let us know your thoughts!
